We're now looking for a proactive, organised and tech-confident Office Manager to join our team and keep everything behind the scenes running smoothly. This is a full-time role, based in our Milton Keynes office, in central MK.

About the Role



This is a varied and rewarding position providing high-level administrative support across our Operations team. You'll manage all aspects of office operations, procedures, systems and resources, helping us maximise effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.

You'll be the go-to person for office queries, ensuring a gold-standard experience for staff, visitors and partners alike. From managing facilities and suppliers to supporting leadership and governance, you'll play a key role in keeping our busy, modern office running at its best.

About You



This is for you, if you have:

Proven experience in a similar Office Manager role. Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail. Confidence using technology and digital tools as well as strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - we're a modern, forward-thinking organisation that values efficiency and innovation. A proactive approach - we want an action taker who can spot what needs doing and make it happen. A calm, professional manner and a genuine passion for helping others.
