We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our vibrant Newcastle office.

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and PA support to the Executive Director along with managing day-to-day office operations. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and independence, as well as the opportunity to contribute proactively to process improvements. Additionally, you will become part of a broader Office Manager network, facilitating the exchange of best practices and professional insights.

What are we looking for.



We are looking for a skilled professional that has the experience and ability to carry out administrative duties and can manage the running of the office.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:



Working knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures and systems; Fully proficient in all Microsoft packages - including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Experience of managing an office would be advantageous; Experience of PA duties including diary management, organising meetings and travel; An understanding of health and safety procedures and ISO 9001 and 14001 standards; Experience of Planning software, billing and invoice systems would be advantageous but not essential; Excellent communication skills, grammatical comprehension and interpersonal capabilities; Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills to be able to meet tight deadlines and in a timely manner; Ability to use own initiative to work independently and collaboratively as a team; and Flexible and professional approach to work;
