About the Role



We're looking for an organised and dependable Office Manager & Operations Assistant to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Daventry office, while providing support to the operations team when needed.

Your main focus will be keeping the office environment well-organised, managing supplies, maintaining records, and supporting basic HR and admin tasks. You'll also assist with stock management, logistics and operational coordination as required.

You'll report directly to the Operations Director and will play a key part in supporting the team to stay efficient and on top of tasks.

What You'll Be Doing



Office Management



Manage all office supplies and ensure everything needed is available and maintained Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and shipments Manage basic office maintenance and arrange small repairs or improvements Support HR admin, including onboarding paperwork, employee files and absence tracking Ensure a clean, tidy and organised working environment Coordinate meetings, visitors and occasional internal events

Operational Support



Maintain stock records and support ordering, packing and dispatch when needed Prepare and organise kit for deployments (training provided) Help with basic office device management (e.g. configuring Alexa devices, resetting locks or resolving minor technical issues) Update and maintain internal trackers and spreadsheets Support the delivery team with simple logistics coordination tasks

What We're Looking For



Highly organised and methodical in approach Takes ownership and gets tasks completed without needing reminders Comfortable working independently and solving small practical problems Confident using computers and willing to learn new systems (training provided) Good communication skills, both written and spoken Hands-on attitude and willing to help across different areas when needed
