The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and ambitious Office Manager / PA to play a pivotal role in the launch and expansion of Arises Property Ltd. This is far more than a support role; it is a chance to truly shape a new business. Initially, you will provide comprehensive personal assistant duties to the Director and manage our existing property portfolio. However, your crucial contribution will be in driving the growth of the company by attracting new clients for whom we will manage property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
Office Management
? Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organised, efficient, and welcoming environment.
? Manage office supplies, IT systems, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
? Maintain filing systems and company records (digital and physical).
? Coordinate meetings, appointments, and team schedules.
? Assist with onboarding of new staff and ensuring company compliance (health & safety, GDPR, etc.).
Personal Assistant Duties
? Provide high-level administrative support to the Director(s), including inbox and diary management.
? Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
? Handle confidential information with discretion.
? Manage travel arrangements, reservations, and personal errands when required.
? Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers on behalf of the Director.
Property Support & Business Growth
? Assist with tenancy paperwork, contracts, and compliance documentation.
? Arrange and coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance visits.
? Track rent payments, service charges, and invoices where needed.
? Support marketing and listings of new properties (online portals, brochures, etc.).
? Actively contribute to business development initiatives aimed at acquiring new property management clients.
Key Skills & Experience
? Proven experience as an Office Manager, PA, or Executive Assistant, ideally within the property or real estate sector. This industry experience is highly valued and will be crucial in supporting the Director and driving business growth.
? Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Suite and CRM/property management software.
? Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
? Professional, trustworthy, and discreet with sensitive information.
? Confident dealing with a wide range of clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and in person.
? Strong numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail.
? Customer-focused, adaptable, and team-oriented.

? Able to positively represent the company at all times.

? Knowledge of UK property lettings/sales processes.
