Office Manager

to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our office, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an excellent client experience.

About the Role



As Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You'll manage and support our practice support staff, oversee daily workflows, and ensure regulatory and client service standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on role, balancing people management, operational oversight, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee the day-to-day running of the office and support smooth business operations. Manage and distribute workloads across the team to maintain efficiency and service excellence. Provide training, guidance, and ongoing development for team members. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements. Maintain accurate client information across all systems. Oversee client servicing to ensure service level KPIs are met. Manage staff rotas, holidays, and ensure adequate cover at all times. Handle ordering of office supplies, documents, and equipment.

About You



We are looking for someone highly organised, confident, and people-focused, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Essential Experience & Skills:



Proven experience in an Office Manager (or similar) role, ideally within financial services. Experience managing and developing people. Knowledge of regulated environments and compliance processes. Excellent task and workflow management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
