sectors. With a strong reputation for quality, safety, and compliance, we are looking for a
highly organised, detail-driven Office Manager
to support the smooth running of our operations and ensure we meet our regulatory and accreditation obligations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key business functions and play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including administration, supplies, documentation, and team coordination.
Lead and coordinate company audits and accreditation processes, including:
ConstructionLine
ISO 9001 (Quality Management)
RISQS (Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme)
Other relevant certifications and frameworks.
Maintain and improve internal systems and procedures for compliance, document control, and data accuracy.
Work closely with Directors and departmental managers to ensure business standards are met and exceeded.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audit outcomes.
Support finance functions with administrative tasks and coordination as required.
Ensure Health & Safety documentation and policies are kept up-to-date and accessible.
Assist with tender documentation, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), and supplier portals.
What We Are Looking For:
? Proven experience in an Office Manager or Senior Administrative role.
? Strong understanding of audit processes and quality management systems.
? Experience with
ConstructionLine
,
ISO9001
,
RISQS
, or similar frameworks.
? Excellent organisational and time management skills.
? Strong written and verbal communication.
? Ability to work independently and take initiative.
? Experience within the construction, security or rail sectors is highly desirable.
