We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, demonstrate excellent communication abilities, and have a knack for team management. This role is essential in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting both staff and clients alike.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment
Manage clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
Implement organisational systems to enhance workflow efficiency
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks for budgeting and reporting
Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Lead team meetings to discuss objectives, updates, and any operational challenges
Experience
Experience in an administrative or office management role is essential
Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
Familiarity with human resources processes is advantageous
