Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week - 9.00-5.30pm
We are looking to recruit a well organised Office Manager to provide outstanding administrative support to the Home Manager in the efficient running of the home to ensure the delivery of the highest standards of care to our residents.
You must be experienced in:
face-to-face customer service
excellent phone manner
good communication skills
You must be presentable, self-motivated, well organised and be able to work well, both as part of a team and independently.
Excellent IT skills to include Word and Excel are essential. You must hold an NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
