Job Description

We require an Office Manager/Bookkeeper for our office/warehouse in N15.
The Role is responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, coordinating facilities as well as Accounts Payable and Receivable, experienced in usage of Xero desirable.

Skills:


Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.

Technical Proficiency:


Proficient with office software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools. Ability for learning new software and systems.

Personal Attributes:


A proactive approach, attention to detail, hands on attitude, the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and to work independently and as part of a team.
