Join Leyton Linen Services as an
Administrator / Executive Assistant
based at our Manor Park office. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the senior management team and help ensure the smooth running of office operations. This position is suited to someone who is organised, dependable, and comfortable taking responsibility for their work in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
Support senior management with diary management, scheduling, correspondence, and phone enquiries.
Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records and trackers using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and expense administration using Xero.
Ensure a professional and organised office environment, including basic office management duties.
Follow up on actions and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
Provide general administrative support across departments as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative, office assistant, or executive assistant role.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Experience using Xero accounting software (required).
Confident written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Full UK driving licence (fewer than 6 points).
Prior office-based experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
