We're growing fast and looking for an

organised, friendly, and capable Office & Operations Administrator

to keep our office running smoothly and make sure every customer gets a great experience.

The Role



This is a varied, hands-on office role combining admin, operations, and customer support. You'll be the first point of contact for customers--handling inbound calls, sending quotes, processing small orders, and helping keep everything running behind the scenes.

You'll work closely with our operations, survey, and installation teams to make sure customers are looked after from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Answer incoming calls and emails with a friendly, professional manner Send quotes and invoices using our templates and CRM system (HubSpot - training provided) Process small orders and samples via Royal Mail Handle general office admin - spreadsheets, filing, printing, and record keeping Support the operations manager with scheduling, logistics, and order tracking Maintain accurate customer and job information in our systems Assist with stock and supplier communication when needed Provide great customer service - answering questions and updating customers on their orders

What We're Looking For



Confident and friendly on the phone Strong organisational and admin skills Good written communication and attention to detail Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools (training provided) Prior experience in office admin, customer service, or operations support preferred Reliable, proactive, and able to manage your own workload Team player who enjoys helping things run smoothly
