The Role (flexible hours available)



This is a key support role ensuring the smooth, day-to-day functioning of the business. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager and wider team to manage the essential infrastructure that underpins out creative output - from compliance and contracts to facilities and suppliers. You'll be a fantastic administrator, but also the welcoming face and voice of TonyG - greeting visitors, answering calls, and making sure every first impression reflects our creativity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities



Keep all documentation and processes compliant with Health & Safety and business requirements Administer H&S policies and procedures, including First Aid equipment and staff training records. Support internal audits and record all compliance findings Coordinate orientation and training for new starters on office environment and H&S Work with the wider Business Support/Operations team to ensure relevant business information is communicated clearly across the staff group Ensure GDPR compliance in partnership with the DPO Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers (utilities, waste collections, alarms, security, insurance), securing best value and monitoring environmental impact Oversee planned and reactive building and machinery maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations and lease agreements Administer company vehicles, ensuring road safety and maintenance schedules are met Manage office stock and materials to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly Act as first point of contact - phones, visitors and general enquiries inbox Support site visits and maintain welcoming, professional shared spaces Proactively spot and sort any building or facilities issues to keep the workplace running smoothly Provide ad-hoc accounts assistance where required.

What we are looking for



Excellent organisational and administrative skills Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office and project management tools Experience in office management, facilities, compliance or H&S Previous experience supporting the everyday operations of a busy office of production site
