We are a property maintenance company that offers both reactive and planned maintenance projects to a number of schools and local businesses. We are looking to recruit a general builder / labour maintenance person with experience to join our experienced team.
This is a full-time permanent position and would be suitable for an ambitious, enthusiastic & high-quality person who is looking to work for a family construction business.

Provide general administrative support.
Provide support to Manager on all on-going projects
Answer and re-route phone calls from clients & merchants
Assist in managing company project planner/calendar.
Create quotes using Xero software
Create invoices using Xero software
Create Job-sheets for employees carrying out projects.
Managing and posting regularly to our social media sites with project content & company updates - including Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
Assist in ordering materials for projects.
Support manager in negotiating prices on building materials
Communicating with clients regularly & maintaining a friendly/professional relationship
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 27,000 per year
Expected hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
