Receptionist / Office Admin (Part-Time)



Overview


We are looking for a professional and approachable

Receptionist

to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while carrying out a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage their own workload efficiently.

Hours:



Part-time:

9:00am - 4:30pm, three days per week



Flexibility available where required

One Saturday per month

(shorter hours)

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls with excellent etiquette

Manage scheduling and appointments effectively

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Handle correspondence (electronic and paper-based)

Provide general administrative support to the team

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area

Qualifications & Skills



Previous

administrative/office experience

is essential

Proficient computer skills and confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a CRM system

Strong

organisational and multitasking skills



Excellent

data entry accuracy and attention to detail



Solid clerical experience with the ability to handle varied office duties efficiently

Experience within the

double glazing or construction sector

would be an advantage but is not essential
