This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of a busy, professional office while supporting day-to-day operations behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
Greeting visitors and managing front-of-house reception duties with warmth and professionalism.
Coordinating travel bookings, meeting room setups, and general office admin.
Keeping the office running smoothly - from stock control to daily post and errands.
Supporting compliance tasks and helping maintain a secure, well-organised environment.
Pitching in across teams when needed - collaboration is key here!
What We're Looking For
Experience in a busy office or reception role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office is a must)
A flexible, can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple tasks
Discretion and professionalism - confidentiality is essential
