We are looking for someone reliable, hard working, enthusiastic, whom we can trust with the day to day running of our business.
The ideal candidate should be able to show good initiative & quick thinking in certain situations.
This a full time long term position, so we are looking for loyal candidates that grow & excel with our company becoming a vital part of our team.
Candidates must :

provide excellent customer service
have good, computing, numeracy & literacy skills
be able to work as part of a busy team & to their own initiative.
Job Duties Include :
Answer Calls, Messages, Emails, From Our Customers & Clients
Arranging Our Engineer's Daily Jobs & Diary
Working Along Side Our Engineer's Making Sure All Jobs Run Smoothly.
Generating Work From Customer Leads & Engineer Job Feedback - Making Sure Engineer's Are Kept Busy.
Invoicing Customers / Taking Payments / Arranging Quotes & Job Queries / Weekly Profits / Organising Receipts / Staff Holidays etc
Carrying Out Requests From Management As Required
This is a full-time & permanent position.
Hours are 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday. (Approx)
