Job Description

Within a busy solicitors' firm, the Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients calling and visiting the office. First impressions are vitally important so it is essential that all enquiries are dealt with in friendly and professional manner and that the role is managed with enthusiasm and efficiency.

Job Duties:



Welcoming clients to our office and making them feel at ease by being polite, friendly and helpful, ensuring great customer service. Ensure an effective and efficient reception service; receive calls, transfer calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail. Arranging appointments for clients. Deal with all general enquiries. Ensure confidentiality and privacy are observed at all times. Accept and record payments. Carry out general administration tasks to facilitate fellow team members, photocopying, filing, etc. Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Criteria:



High level of attention to detail. Ability to handle calls in a very busy reception environment. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks. Excellent communication skills, being polite, friendly & helpful in all interactions. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Minimum of 4 GCSEs including maths and English or equivalent. Previous experience within last 2 years of dealing with the public, in a reception or customer facing role.

Pay: From 22,500.00 per year

Holywood BT18 9AQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: In person
