Responsibilities

- Utilise QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Proficiently use Google Suite for various office functions
- Computerise documents and maintain electronic records
- Provide general administrative support to staff
- Type documents accurately and efficiently
Skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in data entry tasks
- Familiarity with clerical duties
