Led Technologies limited are a trade and retail supplier of specialist LED Lighting and have been based in Congleton Cheshire since 2008, We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Trainees. This entry-level is a great position that offers a day to day training in developing customer service and sales. As a Sales Trainee, you will gain valuable experience in building client relationships, understanding product offerings, and supporting the sales process. This role is ideal for those looking to start a career in sales and customer service within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Assist senior sales team members in engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their needs Keeping in touch with our customers confidently and politely As a small business you will also assist in general office and warehouse duties when necessary.

Requirements

Strong interest in developing a career in sales and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and environments Customer service experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed
