We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Secretary to provide essential administrative support within our busy office environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth daily operations, managing correspondence, and ensuring effective communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to a professional and efficient workplace. Ideally with experience working for an estate agency or lettings company. Hours to suit if required.

Responsibilities



Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, coordinating calendars for multiple team members. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite programmes such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Handle data entry tasks accurately using programmes like QuickBooks and Google Workspace applications. Support office supplies management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary. Provide general administrative support to staff members to facilitate efficient office operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 24,420.00-27,500.00 per year
