About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Registered Manager
to lead our
Ofsted-regulated children's home in Coventry
, supporting young people with
Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Key Responsibilities
Register with Ofsted and ensure the home is fully compliant with
Children's Homes Regulations
Lead, manage, and inspire a team of care professionals to provide outstanding care
Oversee all operational, regulatory, and safeguarding responsibilities of the home
Develop and implement individualised care plans and positive behaviour strategies
Ensure the home maintains a consistently high standard of care
Prepare for and lead successful Ofsted inspections
Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, and staff development
Build and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and external professionals
Promote a trauma-informed approach and positive behavioural support models
Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare
- Essential
Minimum of
2 years' experience
managing or deputising in a children's EBD setting
Sound knowledge of
Ofsted regulations
, safeguarding, and quality assurance frameworks
Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills
A commitment to delivering child-focused, therapeutic care
Full UK driving licence - Essential
