Registered Manager

to set up and run our brand-new Residential EBD Home! This is your chance to build a dynamic team, shape the culture of the home, and create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive and prepare for independent living.

As the heart of this new home, you'll oversee every aspect--developing tailored emotional and physical care plans, designing engaging activities, and ensuring top-quality accommodation and support services. With your leadership, young people will be empowered to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

What you'll bring to the team:

Leadership skills

to inspire and manage a talented staff team. A

QCF Level 5 qualification

or equivalent, with at least

3 years of residential childcare experience

. A clean driving license and driving experience (because sometimes you'll steer the way in more ways than one). Bonus points for a

Leadership & Management qualification

--but above all, passion and dedication are essential.
