Registered Manager
to lead a well-established children's home in
Bradford

About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home.
Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding standards, and relevant legislation.
Lead, support, and develop a team of residential care professionals.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery.
Work towards maintaining or achieving a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential setting.
A strong understanding of Ofsted standards and the Children's Homes Regulations.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
