Registered Children's Home Manager - Crewe
Salary: Up to 60,000 Package

. You will lead the setup, registration, and operation, ensuring care standards areexceeded

New Home Launch:
Lead the setup,Ofsted registration
, and daily operations.Team Leadership:
Recruit, build, and mentor a skilled staff team.Quality & Compliance:
Formally register withOfsted
and ensure all regulatory standards are met.Individualised Care:
Oversee tailored care plans to drive positive outcomes.Package & Requirements
Compensation:
Basic salary of50,000
, with bonuses up to9,000
(total package up to60,000
).Contract:
Full-time,permanent
position.Experience:
Proven experience as aDeputy or Registered Manager
in a children's residential setting.Qualification:
MinimumLevel 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce
(or equivalent).Driving:
Valid UK driving licence is essential.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 60,000.00 per year
