Your Role:

Lead & inspire

a team in a

safe, empowering home

for up to 3 young people

Uphold Ofsted standards

& drive continuous improvement

Shape the home's culture

with innovative, trauma-informed practices

Build strong relationships

with young people, staff & stakeholders

Deputy Manager in place -

Work alongside our Deputy Manager who is available to support you during office hours!

We Need You If You Have:

?

2+ years in children's residential care

(last 5 years)
?

1+ year managing staff

in a care setting
?

Experience in Ofsted-regulated homes

(GOOD/OUTSTANDING background ideal!)
?

Level 5 Diploma

(or working towards it) in Leadership & Management
?

Full UK driving licence

& passion for

transformational care
