Job Summary:
WE ARE GROWING!! Due to the success of our organisation, we are seeking a dedicated Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new residential care home for children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and implement care plans.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to children
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to each child's needs
- Oversee the maintenance of a safe and nurturing environment within the residential facility
- Communicate effectively with children, staff, and external stakeholders
- Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and reporting purposes
- Drive initiatives to enhance the well-being and development of children under care

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare or residential care management is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with children, staff, and families
- Proficiency in IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
- Valid driving licence for transportation needs
- Ability to create and implement individualised care plans for children

- Level 5 in Leadership and management in Residential Children's Home or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
