Hours
: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a requirement to be 'on call'. How this is shared varies based on the home you join.
The role:
You will be the Registered Manager for a children's home
Modern but homely interiors with areas for play and activities.
The Registered Manager will have both an Assistant and Deputy Manager based in the home with them as part of the management structure.
Maximum of two children in residence on 2:1 staffing ratios with emotional and behavioural support needs.
You will lead a team of directly employed staff, we do not use any temporary agency staff across any of our homes.

Do I have what it takes to apply?
If you have at least 2 years' experience working in the residential childcare sector in the last 5 years and have been either a leader/deputy manager or registered manager, we want to hear from you!
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a registered manager who understands the challenges that this role brings but also understands the rewards. Our registered managers are commercial and compassionate leaders, able to motivate and develop their staff team to ensure that the young people we care for have the best care experience possible. You will have comprehensive support from two deputy managers, Trevor our responsible individual, Tracey and Mimi from an operational stand point and our recruitment and onboarding team who can proudly say we have no reliance on temporary agency staff.
