About the Role:



We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead two small children's homes, each supporting up to two children with emotional, behavioural, or learning needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager ready to step up or an existing Registered Manager looking for their next challenge in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Each home has been fully refurbished and includes therapeutic spaces and play areas to create a warm, safe, and nurturing setting. With 2:1 staffing ratios, our focus is on delivering individualised, high-quality care and promoting positive outcomes for every child.

You will be supported by a full-time on-site Responsible Individual (your line manager) and will lead a team of dedicated, directly employed care staff.

What We're Looking For:



We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have at least 2 years of experience working in a children's residential care setting within the past 5 years Have held a leadership role (e.g., Deputy Manager or Registered Manager) Hold or are willing to work towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare Have a genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children and young people Are confident in managing teams, meeting regulatory standards, and creating a nurturing, therapeutic environment

full UK driving licence

and access to a car Willingness to participate in

on-call duties

(one shift per week, which may include weekends) A clear enhanced

DBS check

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times
