Ofsted Registrations and Policies Manager



Hybrid - Manchester or Preston



Up to 60,000 per annum

Role Summary:



Due to continuing growth, we are seeking an

Ofsted Registrations and Policies Manager

to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will support clients in preparing for and completing their

Ofsted Registration

, alongside ensuring the implementation of the necessary policies and procedures.

You will act as first point of contact for all new client embarking on their Ofsted Registration offering expert guidance and advice on the complexities and opening and registering a successful Children's Residential Care Home.

Key Responsibilities:



Ofsted Registration Support

: Work closely with each client to build a comprehensive Ofsted Registration support service, tailored to their individual needs.

Point of contact

: Working with the wider HLTH Group team you will be our main point of contact for all things Ofsted, providing information, support and guidance to HLTH Group colleagues and clients.

Policy Development

: Develop and provide customised policies and procedures for clients in line with Ofsted compliance and regulations.

Stakeholder Relationships

: Build and maintain successful working relationships with clients and key stakeholders to provide ongoing support and services.

Team Leadership

: Lead and manage a growing team of Registration Co-ordinators and Policy Writers, ensuring they are well-supported and guided.

Project Leadership

: Take an active lead in projects aimed at growing and developing the division.

Promote Services

: Advocate for HLTH Group's wider services, offering proactive, ongoing support to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Ofsted Knowledge

: In-depth understanding of the Ofsted Registration process, framework, and compliance, with a proven track record of successfully registering Children's Residential Services.

Previous experience as a Registered Manager

Experience of managing a Children's Residential Home would be highly advantageous.

Leadership

: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a committed team.

Organisational Skills

: Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Communication

: A confident communicator capable of establishing personal and professional credibility with colleagues and stakeholders.

Ofsted Inspector experience (optional)

: Having previous experience as an Ofsted inspector would be highly advantageous but not essential.

Competitive Salary

: A base salary of up 60,000 per year.

Monday - Friday

- Core hours 09:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
