IFGlobal is a fast growing 3PL and fulfilment business with operations across the UK, USA, and Europe. With a brand-new, state of the art warehouse at Aviation Park West, we're scaling fast, and we want people who want to grow with us.


We're looking for a hands-on Onboarding and Admin Support Manager to lead a small team, ensuring new clients are onboarded smoothly and existing accounts receive exceptional support. You'll make a real impact on client satisfaction and operational excellence, while empowering your team, driving process improvements, and ensuring the business delivers consistently high standards.


The Role


Owning It
You'll take full responsibility for client onboarding and admin support, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and effective. You'll guide new clients through end-to-end integration, including system setups, stock intake, labelling, workflow mapping, and test orders, coordinating with operations, IT, and transport teams to meet deadlines. You'll manage queries, troubleshoot issues, monitor fulfilment accuracy, track KPIs, implement improvements, maintain records in CRM/WMS systems, and step up in the absence of the Senior Client Support Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

You'll work closely with your team and colleagues across warehouse, planning, sales, and IT to deliver seamless client experiences. By inspiring, engaging, and empowering your team, fostering collaboration, and supporting development through training and reviews, you'll ensure high service standards. You'll also build strong client relationships through regular check ins, feedback, and proactive problem-solving.


Going Above & Beyond
You'll raise standards, challenge inefficiencies, and take initiative to exceed client expectations. By anticipating client needs, spotting upsell opportunities, and resolving issues proactively, you'll strengthen retention and drive account growth. You'll continuously learn and improve by doing, setting a high standard for your team even under pressure.


Working Pattern


08:30am-17:30pm
8-hour shifts on a rota across Sunday to Saturday
40 hours per week
