Job Description

Tabology is a fast-growing company that supports hospitality businesses with our EPOS and management software. We're known for our deep level of tech integration that brings multiple features into one system, our exceptional customer support and responsiveness to client requests. We're looking for an Onboarding and Partnerships Lead to join our team in Leeds - you'll help us scale our successful model and support more, larger hospitality businesses.

The successful candidate will have deep experience with hospitality systems, ideally from a senior position within a multi-site hospitality group, or in a role supporting these businesses.

You've seen how tech can enhance hospitality operations, and this experience, combined with your ambition and belief in our values, will help you grow our business. You'll shape the direction of the business through sales, onboarding new businesses, and acting as the primary contact for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & onboarding



Respond to new customer enquiries with responses that consider information shared in their enquiry and summarises how we can help their business Carry out effective sales demos of our products, explaining the benefits that Tabology's service offers and showing the features of the product that can add value to a customer's business Allocate time to outbound sales activities to customers that would benefit from our products and service Carry out training, explaining how customers can get the most out of the system, and answering any questions they have Maintain regular contact with customers during handholding period, ensuring any issues are resolved, questions answered, and that the customer is happy with the system

Ongoing customer success



Check in with post-handover customers at agreed intervals to ensure they are happy, and that they are aware of and getting the most out of the latest developments Keep designated accounts informed about upcoming features that may be relevant to them. Facilitate sessions with Product management to get input on features prior to development Update designated accounts when new features are delivered and arrange training sessions to ensure they get the most out of the developments

Knowledge & values



Keep up to date on upcoming and current developments, review functionality and provide feedback to the product and development team Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of every area of the system and how it applies to hospitality operators Provide ongoing feedback on processes, templates & tools, with view to making continuous improvements Always demonstrate company values: Open and Transparent, Hospitality Industry Knowledge, Persona, Best-in-Class Support, Belief in Integrated Technology, Independent & Agile

Required skills and experience



Senior experience in a multi-site hospitality business or a role supporting multi-site hospitality businesses Strong understanding of EPOS, stock management, staff scheduling, and customer engagement tools used in the hospitality industry Confident delivering engaging product demos, training sessions, and customer onboarding both in-person and remotely Strong management skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks through to completion Comfortable building long-term relationships, staying in touch post-handover, and ensuring ongoing customer success A flexible approach to resolving customer pain points - liaising with teams across the business and getting hands on where needed Proactive in identifying areas for improvement Strong alignment with company values: Open and Transparent, Hospitality Industry Knowledge, Persona, Best-in-Class Support, Belief in Integrated Technology, Independent & Agile
