We're looking for an experienced

Onboarding Coordinator

to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. If you're passionate about creating exceptional new joiner experiences and flourish in a fast-paced, people focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.



As our Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth integration of new joiners into the firm. From managing pre-employment screening and documentation to delivering engaging welcome sessions, you'll ensure every new joiner feels welcomed, informed, and supported from the outset.



You'll work closely with colleagues across all departments to make sure every new joiner is fully set up for success from day one, ensuring a seamless and collaborative onboarding experience that reflects our unique Burges Salmon culture.


What You'll Be Doing




Coordinating the onboarding for all our new joiners. Managing screening, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Creating tailored induction and integration plans and delivering Day 1 inductions. Acting as the central point of contact for onboarding and immigration queries. Leading on right to work checks and visa processes. Building strong relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders. Supporting wider resourcing and talent engagement activities across the People team.

What We're Looking For




Proven experience in onboarding, HR coordination or administration. Knowledge of immigration and right to work processes (desirable). Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills. A calm, proactive approach with a genuine passion for people and process. A collaborative team player with a "can-do" attitude.
