Role Overview:

Based in Edinburgh, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting recruitment processes for a prestigious client. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team.


Key Responsibilities:




Ensure compliance with all training and certification requirements Respond promptly to emails and meet SLAs, including same-day completion of STL's and timely updates of trackers Maintain accurate and organized documentation and candidate records Collaborate effectively with colleagues, hiring managers, and stakeholders to deliver efficient interviewing and onboarding solutions Take accountability for your handover tasks, escalations, and invoice processing Foster a team culture of support and respect, building strong relationships across the organization

Confident, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently Focused on delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experience Attention to detail, especially when managing confidential information Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing Good judgment, able to prioritize and assess situations appropriately
