About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated On-Call Weekend Care Support Worker to join our team here at Fuchsia Homecare Gorleston. You will provide essential care and support to clients over the weekend, ensuring their well-being and safety. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive, compassionate approach.

What You'll Do

Be ready to respond to client's weekend care needs and support them in their homes. Assist with personal care, medication and daily activities as required. Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the team. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients and families. Work as part of a successful team. We cover Great Yarmouth and surrounding areas, local villages and Lowestoft.

What We're Looking For

Must be a driver with a valid driving license. Must be reliable, compassionate and have an empathetic nature. Ability to work weekends on a rota basis.
