Key Accountabilities

Be a part of the Cataloguing Team and contribute to team meetings to improve the Vectis service. Support other cataloguers as required with sales. Unpack collections, identify collectables, and sort collections into "lots" Input titles, descriptions and estimates into the Vectis auction system. Work with enthusiasm and at pace. Capability to complete all paperwork and administration. Ability to learn and share expertise of products. Liaise with customers to determine if the collection is suitable for auction. Support customers enquiries and resolve customer issues Attend exhibitions and promote Vectis to the wider community Work with marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Skillsets Requirements:

Essential

Good knowledge within a collectables field Computer literate and competent with Microsoft products Excellent customer service skills Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
Desirable

Worked within an ecommerce environment Experience of buying and selling on an online auction platform, such as eBay
