What You'll Be Doing
As the
Site Operations Manager
, you'll oversee and coordinate all daily operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly--from the moment the doors open to the final lot of the day. Your responsibilities will include:
Operations & Logistics
Team Leadership & Staff Development
Customer & Consignor Engagement
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Develop and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Health & Safety / Facility Management
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who's hands-on, solution-focused, and thrives in a people-facing, multifaceted role.
Essential:
Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (retail, hospitality, logistics, events, or similar)
Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Confident using digital tools, including Microsoft Office and team communication platforms
Desirable:
Experience in the auction, antiques, or arts sector
Knowledge of online auction platforms and cataloguing systems
Background in cafe/hospitality management
Familiarity with health & safety regulations
