The Role
We're looking for a
Customer Support Executive
to join us full-time at our office in
Bishop Auckland, County Durham
. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for managing customer service across email, TikTok Shop, and our order systems.
You'll receive
basic training on our internal systems and brand processes
, but we are ideally looking for someone who already has
experience in customer support or e-commerce
and can hit the ground running.
The role is
fully office-based to begin with
, and once you're confident and fully trained in our systems and routines (typically after 2-3 months), you'll have the option to move to a
hybrid working pattern
, splitting your time 50/50 between home and the office.
Key Responsibilities
Responding to customer enquiries via email and TikTok Shop chat
Resolving order issues such as missing parcels, delivery delays, or incorrect items
Managing returns, exchanges, and TikTok Shop claims
Liaising with couriers and tracking deliveries
Keeping accurate logs of customer interactions and resolutions
Using
Shopify
,
TikTok Shop
, and
Mintsoft
to manage orders and support tickets
Providing a positive and professional customer experience in line with our brand
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer support or a similar e-commerce role is essential
Must be able to
work full-time from our Bishop Auckland office
for the first 2-3 months
Comfortable transitioning into a
hybrid working pattern
once trained and confident
A genuine interest in the tanning or beauty industry
Strong written communication skills (UK English)
Friendly, calm, and solutions-focused
Confident using systems like Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Self-motivated, reliable, and highly organised
