Online Education Operations Manager
to help lead this transformation and ensure our Centre for Online Education delivers a high-quality, market-led portfolio.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Education Portfolio Development, you will oversee the operational delivery of our online portfolio. You will work collaboratively across faculties and professional services, managing resources, budgets, and pipelines to ensure new programmes move smoothly from concept to market. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our online education, ensuring operational excellence and an outstanding student experience.
We're looking for a confident and ambitious professional with a proven track record in
operational management and matrix leadership
. You will be adept at motivating and inspiring others, building strong partnerships, and navigating complex challenges to deliver results on time and within budget.
