We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated Maths Tutors who are passionate about delivering high-quality support to GCSE learners.

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable GCSE Maths Tutors to deliver

1:1 sessions

and

small group lessons

.
This role is ideal for undergraduates, postgraduates, or current teachers who excel in Maths and want to gain tutoring experience in a supportive, structured environment.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

Minimum

Grade 8

in

GCSE Maths

Achieved at least

Grade A

in

A-Level Maths

(or equivalent) Strong understanding of the KS3, GCSE and A-Level Maths curriculum Fluent in English and confident explaining concepts clearly Reliable, punctual, and professional Passion for supporting young learners

Desirable (not required)

Currently studying a Maths-related degree (e.g., Maths, Engineering, Economics, Physics, Computer Science) Experience tutoring friends, siblings, or informal groups Experience working with young people (schools, mentoring, clubs) Familiarity with mastery learning or adaptive learning tools

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and structured online Maths lessons Support students to build strong foundations and exam confidence Use diagnostic insights to tailor explanations and practice Provide clear feedback to help students progress Maintain a professional, encouraging presence in all sessions Follow My Legacy Tutors' teaching framework & standards
