Maths, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
We also welcome tutors who can teach across multiple science disciplines or who have experience with combined science at GCSE.

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic

Online Tutors

who are passionate about helping students succeed -- whether that means improving exam technique, mastering complex concepts, or building academic confidence. You will deliver engaging 1:1 or small-group sessions online, tailored to the individual needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and personalised lessons aligned with the UK national curriculum and exam board specifications (AQA, Edexcel, OCR, etc.) Adapt teaching approaches to suit each student's learning style and ability Support students with exam preparation, homework, revision strategies, and concept understanding Monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback and next steps Maintain clear, professional communication with parents and guardians Create a positive and motivating learning environment that fosters confidence and curiosity Stay up to date with developments in your subject area and effective online teaching methods

What We're Looking For

Strong subject knowledge in

A-Level Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Economics

Experience tutoring or teaching children and young people (online or in person) Excellent communication skills and an encouraging, patient attitude Confidence teaching exam-focused material across different exam boards Undergraduate degree or current university enrolment (A-Level qualification minimum) Experience supporting students with SEN is welcome (not essential) Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
