The Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including:

Picking and packing online orders with accuracy and care Assisting customers in-store with product knowledge and friendly advice Restocking shelves and maintaining a tidy, welcoming shop environment Supporting busy periods with flexibility on your hours and weekend rota shifts

What We're Looking For:

Basic knowledge of haberdashery, yarn, and fabric is essential Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-moving environment Good level of fitness - this role involves being on your feet most of the day Reliable, flexible, and a team player with a positive attitude
