What You'll Be Doing

Manually locating, packing and preparing orders from our live-stream sales. You need to be fast, organised and accurate. Matching orders directly from the Tilt and Whatnot systems. Precision is key here. Prepping clothing to a high standard, removing fluff, folding neatly and making every parcel look the part. Keeping the packing area clean, tidy and efficient. Replying to customer messages when needed, using clear and helpful communication. Staying physically active throughout your shift, this role involves constant movement.

Who We're Looking For

Sharp, quick thinkers who can work without handholding. Detail-focused people, packing mistakes can not be tolerated with the reputation we are building. Independent workers who can manage their own pace and spot issues early. Tech-comfortable candidates who understand how Tilt and Whatnot work, download both before applying. Physically quick, neat and able to maintain high standards even under pressure.

Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle,

we operate across a few different locations and you may need to move between sites. Previous picking, packing and customer service experience is required. Vintage clothing knowledge is a bonus, but solid work ethic comes first.
