Role summary

We are hiring enthusiastic, reliable online tutors to deliver one-to-one and small-group tuition across secondary and/or primary school subjects. Tutors will plan and deliver engaging lessons, track student progress, and communicate with parents or guardians where required. This role is fully remote and offers flexible hours to fit around other commitments.

Key responsibilities

Deliver tailored online lessons that meet each student's learning needs and curriculum goals with different abilities and cultural backgrounds. Assess student progress and set clear, achievable targets. Prepare lesson materials and homework; adapt resources for different abilities. Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and feedback. Communicate professionally with students, parents and the program coordinator. Keep up to date with exam specifications and relevant curriculum changes.
Essential requirements

Strong subject knowledge in the area(s) you will teach (e.g., Maths, English, Sciences, Languages). Experience teaching, tutoring, mentoring or proven ability to explain concepts clearly. Good IT skills and reliable access to a laptop/PC and high-speed internet. Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills.
Desirable qualifications and attributes

A degree or relevant professional qualification in the subject taught. Experience using online learning platforms and digital whiteboards. Patience, positivity and an ability to motivate learners.
Hours pay and benefits

Flexible scheduling with the ability to work evenings and weekends depending on student demand. Competitive pay rates depend on the number of students per class. Remote working--no travel time or expenses.
