Overview

Libra Cleaning Services Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and professional Cleaner to join our team, and carry out sparkle and final cleans on new build properties on construction sites.

This role is critical in preparing homes for handover to clients and homeowners -- meaning the highest standards of cleanliness and finish are essential. You'll be responsible for leaving every room, surface, window, and floor in showroom condition, ready for inspection and occupancy.

You'll work on active building sites and completed plots, so an understanding of site safety and pride in presentation is key.

Responsibilities

Carrying out detailed final cleans on new build houses and apartments Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, windows, flooring, and all interior surfaces to a high standard Removing dust, paint splashes, and protective film Working to tight deadlines to meet handover schedules Ensuring quality control and a polished finish Following site safety and cleanliness procedures at all times Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in small teams. Drive to various locations as required to perform cleaning duties, ensuring timely arrival at each site.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and high-standard finishes. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English. A valid driving licence is required to travel between locations. A proactive attitude towards work with an emphasis on attention to detail and quality of service.

Pay: From 12.30 per hour
