Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced operations manager who has a current understanding on the DSP logistics world. This experience can come from the DSP 1.0 or the DSP 2.0 model either has a manager or a driver.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure the team meets performance targets. Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to enhance business growth. Manage recruitment processes Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business objectives. Provide guidance and support to team members in their professional development. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the DSP space A history of managing self employed contractors. Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and relationship management practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Experience using Workday or similar platforms is advantageous but not essential. Pay: 130.00-160.00 per day
