We Are Looking For




The Onsite Representative is responsible for all aspects of sales including but not limited to; be the key customer contact and consultant for products, with responsibility for recommending solutions to the customer, quoting, selling, troubleshooting, and fulfilling orders. This position includes coordination between other departments within the company as well as vendors and customers to meet the company's goals and objectives.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)



Identify and capture growth opportunities that support growth strategies Update rolling forecast monthly and report on variances Lead the proposal process for assigned accounts Receive and process quotes, orders, pricing, availability, shipping cost, etc. Works closely with the sales team to obtain competitive pricing, cost, and other information required to develop the selling strategy and obtain management approval for the proposal Work within the parameters of the quotation process to recommend and establish target-selling prices and obtain necessary approvals Compile the supporting data, pricing strategy, and contractual framework required to develop the proposal for multi-year proposals Conduct monthly follow-up and reporting on the status of key quotations and proposals Communicate the outcome of negotiations and ensure that contract copies are appropriately documented, approved and distributed Assess customer information to anticipate changes that could affect sales revenues and budget plans Monitor and maintain profitability with key accounts consistent with overall division strategy. Includes proactively managing changing landscape of product costs to ensure minimum standards are maintained Develop and implement the subsequent proactive strategies or responses as appropriate Performs other duties as assigned

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):



3-5 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry Bachelor's degree or experience is required Experience with software is an asset Knowledge in OEM and general aerospace business environment Knowledge of inventory practices and general aerospace requirements regarding the same Ability to demonstrate selling skills including negotiating and relationship building with a strong customer focus Must be computer savvy and have the ability to learn company proprietary software programs Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects Demonstrate strong customer service attitude and demeanor Organized and has efficient time management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work interdepartmentally

Special Requirements:



U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.*
