Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our growing sales team in Maidenhead.
The Role
As a
Senior SDR
, you'll be responsible for driving the front end of our sales pipeline -- generating qualified opportunities through
outbound calls, personalised email campaigns, and strategic prospecting activity
.
You'll work closely with our marketing and business development teams to identify target accounts, engage decision-makers, and convert interest into booked meetings for our senior consultants.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role -- perfect for someone who thrives on results, enjoys building relationships from scratch, and wants to play a pivotal part in SPOR's next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a high-quality outbound pipeline across target accounts.
Conduct
cold calls
, personalised
email outreach
, and LinkedIn engagement to generate qualified meetings.
Follow up on inbound enquiries and marketing campaigns to nurture and convert prospects.
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers within Facilities, Real Estate, IT, and Workplace functions.
Work closely with marketing to refine campaign messaging and optimise conversion rates.
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) of all prospect interactions, activity, and deal progression.
Report weekly on activity, pipeline, and booked meetings against targets.
Collaborate with senior sales team members to continuously improve outbound strategy, scripts, and workflows.
Mentor junior SDRs and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
About You
You're ambitious, commercially minded, and thrive in an environment where performance is visible and rewarded. You're confident speaking to C-level decision-makers and skilled at building rapport quickly -- both over the phone and via email.
You are an experienced SDR with a demonstrated record of experience in this role. You are a people person and your preferred communication platform is verbal.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum
3 years' experience
in a B2B outbound SDR or Business Development role.
Proven track record of
meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-generation targets
.
Experience using CRM systems (preferably
HubSpot
or Salesforce).
Exceptional communication, persuasion, and written skills.
Strong research and account-mapping skills.
Highly organised with excellent time management and self-discipline.
Comfortable working in a
high-energy, office-based team environment
in Maidenhead.
Desirable:
Experience selling to corporate real estate, workplace technology, or facilities management sectors.
Knowledge of AV, IT, or workplace technology solutions.
Familiarity with outbound automation tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, or Lemlist.
