Introduction
The Operations Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel
business development
in Europe, especially for key business accounts. This position involves coordinating with various departments, optimizing operational processes, and enhancing the overall team efficiency.
In this Role, you'll get to
Operational Management:
Monitor daily operational data to ensure seamless performance.
Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve any operational issues promptly.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.
Process Optimization:
Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with the product team to integrate new features and improvements.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze data to track performance metrics and identify trends.
Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present findings to senior management.
Training Program Development:
Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the BD team for all our products and procedures.
Create and deliver engaging training materials, such as manuals, e-learning modules, and off-site sessions.
Needs Assessment:
Collaborate with team leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
What you'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Related experience in international business is preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus.
