Job Summary




An Exciting Opportunity to Support the Heart of School Operations




We are looking for a proactive and highly organised

Operational Administrator

to provide essential day-to-day support across all areas of school logistics and administration. This varied role is crucial to the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of the school.


You will take the lead on co-ordinating timetables, lesson cover, room bookings, co-curricular activities, wrap-around care, and general school logistics. You'll also be a key point of contact for staff, parents, and external providers--helping everything run seamlessly behind the scenes.


Key Responsibilities




Co-ordinate timetables, lesson cover and room bookings. Manage the whole-school calendar and communicate updates effectively. Support co-curricular and wrap-around care programmes, including sign-ups and communications. Liaise with Facilities and oversee event logistics. Provide occasional reception cover and general administrative support. Ensure data protection and compliance across administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For




Essential:




Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, solution-focused approach to tasks. A valid, clean UK driving licence with at least two years of driving experience. Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection (GDPR).

Desirable:




Experience in a school or similar setting. Familiarity with systems like iSAMS, SOCs, or Google Workspace. Interest in improving and streamlining admin processes. D1 licence or willingness to train (to drive the school minibus if needed).
