Part-Time Operational & Recruitment Administrator



Location: Oxford (hybrid - Part-time)

Salary: 28,000-32,000 pro-rata (actual 16,800-19,200 for 21 hrs)

About Us



Care Acre Limited is an Ofsted rated "Good" children's homes in Oxfordshire, providing specialist residential care for 8-17 year-olds. Since, opening a second home in late 2025, we need a meticulous, people-focused administrator to ensure that our homes are run smoothly to support the teams and updating the recruitment running like clockwork.

The Role (21 hrs/week - days/times negotiable) :



Are you ambitious, driven, and ready to build a career in recruitment?



- Full-cycle recruitment: from job advertising and CV screening, to arranging interviews. chase references, maintain single-central-record in line with the regulations.

- On-board new staff: DBS tracking, Right-to-Work, training matrix, induction packs.

- supporting managers with obtaining details relating to HR matters

Building strong relationships with clients and candidates

- Maintain confidential staff and young-person records (GDPR compliant)

- Assist with annual budget and audit.

- liaise with payroll for processing monthly payroll for over 20 staff (Bright HR) including pension & CIS.

- arranging training and conference rooms

- invoices and credit control of expenses and auditing

- Developing your own client base and uncovering new business opportunities

- Hitting targets and earning commission while having fun along the way

You'll play a key role in supporting our homes by sourcing and placing skilled candidates into exciting new roles.

About You



- Solid recruitment administration background; knowledge of safer-recruitment rules in regulated care/education is a big plus.

- A self-starter with ambition, resilience and great communication skills/ability to work under pressure
- Highly organised, discrete and comfortable handling sensitive information.

- Strong written and spoken English for advert copy; policy documents and representing the company with high regards.

- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

- Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Desirable



- Experience in children's social care, fostering or SEN settings.

- Knowledge of operational administrative running of a business
